Welcome to my State Senate webpage. I am thrilled to be serving my second term representing Eliot, Kittery, Ogunquit, South Berwick, and York. During my time in office, I have had the opportunity to meet many wonderful people throughout our district and I appreciate your continued support.

Continuous challenges still face our state as we look ahead and it is my pledge to continue working on your behalf to address those ongoing issues. Overall, I remain positive on the outlook for our state. The way I see it, every challenge before us is an opportunity for us, the people of Maine.

I am pleased to serve as Senate Chair of the Insurance and Financial Services Committee. This position is appointed by the President of the Senate and I am honored to lead this important committee.

Please note that Maine residents may apply for the Maine Property Tax and Rent Refund Program, otherwise known as “Circuit Breaker.” The refund program has been expanded again this year to provide tax relief to thousands of qualified Maine households. Under the program, eligible Maine residents can receive a partial refund of property taxes or rent paid on their primary residence.
